Registration for Conferences
Your registration is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

  • Up to 3 months before the start of the conference, 75% of the fee will be refunded.

  • Up to 3 weeks before the start, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

  • After that, no refund is possible.

Membership
Membership of the NVE is open to all natural persons who are professionally active or have previously been active in the field of Endocrinology, including physicians, nurses, scientists, and clinical chemists.

The statutes and rules of procedure are included in the attached PDF document.
Membership continues until it is cancelled.

The current membership fee is €45 per year. The membership year corresponds to the calendar year.
If a new member joins after August 1, the fee also covers the subsequent calendar year.

Inschrijving voor congressen
Uw inschrijving is pas definitief nadat het inschrijfgeld is voldaan.
Bij annulering gelden de volgende restitutieregels:

  • Tot 3 maanden vóór aanvang van het congres wordt 75% van de kosten terugbetaald.

  • Tot 3 weken vóór aanvang wordt 50% van de kosten terugbetaald.

  • Daarna is restitutie niet meer mogelijk.

Lidmaatschap
Het lidmaatschap van de NVE staat open voor alle natuurlijke personen die professioneel werkzaam zijn (of zijn geweest) binnen het vakgebied Endocrinologie, zoals artsen, verpleegkundigen, wetenschappers en klinisch chemici.

De statuten en het huishoudelijk reglement zijn opgenomen in het bijgevoegde pdf-bestand.
Het lidmaatschap loopt door tot het moment van opzegging.

De contributie bedraagt momenteel € 45 per jaar. Het lidmaatschapsjaar loopt gelijk met het kalenderjaar.
Wanneer iemand na 1 augustus lid wordt, geldt de contributie tevens voor het daaropvolgende kalenderjaar.
