We are delighted to invite you to the Dutch Endocrine Meeting 2027 at the NH Koningshof Veldhoven (Eindhoven), the Netherlands on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 February 2027.

This edition of DEM is extra special: in 2027, the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Endocrinologie (NVE) celebrates its 80th anniversary! We look forward to marking this milestone together with you during what promises to be a memorable meeting.

The meeting is to be in person, with once again ample opportunity to interact with colleagues and experts in the field of endocrinology. The language of the meeting will be in English (Nurse Track will be in Dutch).

An important part of the program, as always, has been reserved for the oral abstract presentations. In these sessions, colleagues, both young and old, can share their research in an environment that allows friendly and open discussion.

We are looking forward to welcome you to the DEM 2027!

Abstracts can be submitted

During DEM 2027, you can once again present your abstracts (via a poster or an oral presentation), with a maximum of 250 words per abstract. You can submit them via this page, go to the abstracts tab. Deadline is November 20th. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered. We appreciate it if colleagues are alerted to the submission of an abstract.

Your clinical trial at DEM 2027!

At DEM 2027 a clinical session will be organized to inform our endocrine community on running Dutch clinical trials. This will be a unique opportunity to increase visibility and inclusion of your trial. Conditions: your study is already (or will be) posted on the NVE website (clinical studies section), an endocrinologist in average sized hospital sees potential candidates, no small pilot studies, study is at least 3 months open after DEM 2027. Register your study for this session via: academy@nve.nl. Deadline is November 20th.

Registration is possible until January 7th, 2027. After this date, registration is only possible online without participation in the social program (diner and party) at the same rates. Refunds for cancellation are possible until January 1, minus 50 euros administration costs. After this date, registration fees will no longer be refunded.

Subject to availability, until January 21, 2027. Hotel room fees are at your own expense. After this date, you can make a reservation through the regular website and therefore at the regular rates at the NH hotel.
